Military Harris antenna mount with Shakespeare broadband (30-512 MHz) antenna base. Perfect addition for your HMMWV. Condition is "Used/Surplus". Functional condition but scratched up. The "goo" around the bolt holes on the antenna base can be cleaned off. The military uses ot for insulation protection. Last pics show how I mounted my bases. Thanks for looking.
