Vintage WW2 US Army Air Force TS-14/AP SCR-517 Radar Field Test Kit w/ Case

Description

This Vintage WW2 US Army Air Force TS-14/AP SCR-517 Radar Field Test Kit appears to be in very good condition, is very clean and even powers on. These units were included with early radar units like the SCR-517. Also included here are the original Amphenol cables (dated October 1944), heavy duty carrying case and operating instructions. One knob does appear to be missing. The inside of this unit is very clean and all components are marked individually. Some of the makers observed were Solar New York, Freed Transformer Company, New York Transformer Company, Raytheon and Sprague. When tested, the unit did power on and internal lights and tubes appeared to be operating as expected. I am unable to test this unit any further so I must sell it "as-is." This is a very interesting piece of heavy duty equipment you do not see much these days in this condition.
