I have no way of testing this, so it is being sold as is for parts or restoration.
Made by Sperry Marine Inc., Charlottesville VA 2290 (8-0-6)?? US. The tag reads:” Drive, Tuning C-9551/A. Designation 3281A2. Part No 1975435. Ser No 522. Design Code 03956. NSN 5821-01-109-5613. Contract F09603-86-G-1704-0030.”  On the bottom is also “03956-1978435”.
This measures about 14 inches long, 7.7 inches tall and 3.6 inches wide. There are some rubs and scratches to the metal case.  The glass on the SWR meter is not cracked. Overall in good cosmetic condition.
